Wrap up warm, pop on the boots, fill your flask, and head out!

On a wintery weekend, there's nothing better than getting out in the fresh air and taking a stroll. One of my favourite spots to do this is Trelissick, the National Trust estate near Truro, which possesses stunning maritime views and a lovely woodland.
There are over 300 acres to explore and so much to see! And after you've had your share of stunning views, the cosy café nestled in the old barns is waiting for you - I'd recommend refuelling on some spiced mulled wine and a homemade mince pie, it is Christmas after all!
If there's one thing I love it's a National Trust shop. And at Trelissick you won't be disappointed! Decked out for the festive season, the shop is filled with all sorts of goodies, so if you need some Christmas present inspiration I'd make sure to take a browse there - between you and me lets just say my parents gifts are sorted!

Trelissick boasts such beautiful views and lots to see but aside from that, it's such a welcome break mentally and allows me space to think freely.
If ever I'm feeling a bit gloomy, a good walk is bound to boost my mood so I'd recommending getting out there - not only for your physical health but for your mental wellbeing too!
Expect to see more dogs than people and get stomping at Trelissick!
