A Simple Saturday | Tregew Food Barn

Tucked away on the winding roads to Flushing is Tregew Food Barn. A weekly farmers market aka a hub smiling friends and lots of cute dogs.

This is the place my boyfriend and I go religiously on a Saturday morning. To buy fresh fruit and veg, enjoy a warm coffee and try out some amazing new flavours.

With sights that good, what's not to love?

By far my favourite stall at this lovely farmers market is Soul Farm, who are a sustainable market garden near Falmouth. I love their stall because the produce tastes amazing, and they don't use any sprays! I mean, just look at those heritage carrots.

They also have the most amazing, and adorable, mini pumpkins and squashes. My boyfriend buys one for me every time after we spotted an amazing white one (since named Ghosty) on one of our first dates which he bought me.

And yes, you read that right, one of our first dates was at this great place so seriously get yourself there this Saturday.

So if you fancy getting yourself down to the Food Barn, here's my helpful tips and tricks for your visit:

• Use the postcode TR11 5UQ

• Parking is a little bit tricky! There is lots of parking on the road outside the barn in a big bay, but it does get pretty busy. Just be patient because there's more than enough room for everyone to enjoy this space!

• Doggies welcome!
